Full professional property cleaning or End of Tenancy:

This is a top to bottom clean designed to bring a property up to a lettable/saleable standard. The clean includes but is not limited to, all sanitary ware in the bathroom, all kitchen cabinets, any room cupboards, all skirting, window frames, doors, handles, fixtures and fittings. This clean does not include window glass as this is priced separately. Please note that where some elements do not require cleaning, the price will be reduced accordingly.

• With the exception of regular cleaning and gardening services, our minimum calls out charge is £49.
• For properties further than 15 miles from central Norwich, a mileage charge of £1.25 per mile may apply.
• All Prices are based upon items being of an average size and where sizes vary prices will be adjusted accordingly.
