Property Management Fees

Our fees for different management services. 

Full Management - 10% plus VAT of the monthly rent.

This service includes:

●Provide an emergency service telephone number and immediate response to emergencies

● Administration, communication and correspondence with tenants

● Evaluate and recommend purchases of equipment, material and supplies required for regular maintenance – if needed

● Assess and supervise any required repairs

● Maintain an up-to-date list of all tenants

● Regulation compliance i.e. EPC, gas certificates, electrical safety etc (if and when needed)

● Hiring and supervising contractors, trades and site employees

● Site inspections, reporting and follow-up

● Retrofitting and consulting

● Preparing property for rental

● Repair and maintenance

● Tenant placement, screening and tenancy agreements

● Health & Safety and advice on other statutory regulations

● Regular inspections

Rent Collection  - 6% plus VAT.

Tenancy Set Up  - £280 plus VAT per tenancy

Tenancy Checkout - £50 plus VAT per tenancy

Tenancy Extension - £50 plus VAT per tenancy

Tenant Find – 60% plus VAT of first month’s rent per tenancy

We encourage an initial sit down with our new landlords so that we can tailor a management plan that is unique to their specific needs and goals for their respective portfolios. Once we commence our management of a property, we will monitor and inspect the property as well as periodically make any adjustments in order to ensure that our landlords achieve the highest possible rental fees.
