We have recently completed a full renovation of Minors & Brady an estate agent in Norfolk.
Minors & Brady have been awarded the best estate agency office in the whole of Norfolk and Suffolk came third in the whole of the U.K. at the ESTAS, the UK's largest estate agency awards hosted by Phil Spencer from Channel 4’s 'Location Location'.
When Minors & Brady instructed us to carry out renovation for their new office on Unthank Road, we wanted to ensure our work befit their growing agency.
We were tasked with completely renovating their office top to bottom (they had a basement which we also redecorated). We carried out work on the main office floor by adding slip bricks and painting interiors and the basement in the chosen colours. The front of the office was pressure washed to renew the exterior and loose slabs were repaired.
In the basement, we installed vinyl flooring and added an oak balustrade and replaced the stairwell for safe access to the basement.
